This machine is mainly used to transfer and feed solid materials in pharmacy industry. It can be used together with the stock bin of a fluid bed granulator or drier. Meanwhile, it is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemistry and food.

This machine is composed of chassis, standing column, lifting system and upending system. During the operation, the cone bucket and the stock bin of a fluid bed granulator or drier are fastened together. The stock bin will be lifted when the lifting button is pressed. The stock bin can be upended in 180 degrees when the upending button is pressed. With releasing the brake, the standing column can be rotated horizontally and be descended to the height of a worker. Materials will be straightened before being transferred to next process by opening the butter-fly valve.

This machine is newly designed by combining the advanced foreign techniques and domestic demands. It has reasonable structure, stable function, convenient operation, and no dead angles or exposing bolts. The machine is equipped with an anti-error outlet butterfly valve, which brings the convenience to disassemble and clean, and ensures the production safety. This machine can effectively control powder and cross contamination, which optimizes the manufacturing technique. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of production.
